- Our local coordinators meet and concierge service users through the entire process, late nights and weekends.
- A small fee only becomes payable to us when a service user confirms a package of care or chooses your care home. This allows us to provide our service at no charge to patients and their families
- Providers are never obligated to accept any person we refer to them.
