What I enjoy most about working at CHS is reading the amazing feedback we receive every day from our clients about how the team has supported them in finding their ideal care placement. The feedback truly showcases what a dedicated team of professionals we have at CHS and how invaluable the service is. Many of our clients have said they wouldn’t have been able to go through the journey alone and that our service has been a lifesaver.

In the Triage Team, we are the first point of contact for new clients requiring support in finding their perfect care home or home care arrangement. We offer compassionate support and expert advice, enabling them to receive an incredible service from the start. Often, families and individuals don’t know where to turn when navigating care options. This makes working for CHS Healthcare truly rewarding by providing the guidance and support families need when it matters most.

I enjoy working in the Domiciliary Care Team, supporting families and sourcing high-quality care for their loved ones. Having previously been a carer for my sister and working closely with the District Nurses and Doctors, I wanted to give something back to the community and the local healthcare services, so I joined CHS Healthcare. Being part of an incredible team, I feel we make a positive difference to our clients’ lives every day, which truly makes my role worthwhile.

I love working for CHS Healthcare as a community placements executive. From my personal experience supporting elderly parents, I know how overwhelming and isolating the journey to finding care can be. I’m part of a fantastic team of specialists who offer valuable support and expert guidance by connecting health and social care professionals, care providers, and families together. Working at CHS is not only rewarding, it’s a privilege.

I started with CHS Healthcare as a care liaison advisor. Since then, I have completed several roles within the business, including super-stranded projects, starting Kent placements, working as a scheme manager, and now a community placement executive.

I enjoy my job because every day is different, and we help so many families and individuals who would have nowhere else to turn if we weren’t here, providing an excellent support service to help them find care placements.

Having worked for CHS Healthcare for several years, I started my career as a community liaison advisor and now work as a community placements executive covering the East Midlands. What I love most about my role at CHS Healthcare is the flexibility and variation within it. Every day, I get to engage with new people and organisations, sharing what we do, which I truly believe is such a vital support service for those at the beginning of their care journey.

After having navigated the care system on my own for my dad and nursing my mum during the end stages of her life, I wanted to ensure nobody felt as alone as I did at that time. At CHS Healthcare, we make a huge difference in supporting families through such difficult and emotional times. The service that we provide is incomparable, and I am so proud of everything we do and the support we provide to individuals and families, helping them through their care journey.

As a community placements executive, I love my job at CHS Healthcare. Every day, I get to interact with a variety of care professionals to promote our support service. I have a real passion for what we do and truly believe in what we offer.  A rewarding part of my role is regularly receiving feedback from hospitals, local authorities and organisations about how we provide a valuable service for families who need advice and guidance to find their ideal care placements.

In my role, I get to speak with families and individuals every day who need support to find a care home or home care placement.
